Select a product

The customer opportunity to choose and order products from the store. The purchaser can see more description about the selected product by clicking on it. In case of purchase intention of the product you want to buy a virtual basket placed by pressing the "Add" button.  By clicking ont he „View” button of the shopping cart, you will find the products and the total amlunt of the invoice and transport costs. Here you can check the order propriety, particularly regards to prices and volumes, which you can modified and improve as needed. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate the total amount of the order

Send the order

If you consider the amount of products placed in appropriate basket, checked the totals, and decided that you want to buy them, you can simply click the "Checkout" button. Then you have possibility to choose how would like to access: as registered buyers, as new buyers want to register, or may want to buy without registration. If you have previously purchased from our store, provide your email address and password which you entered during the registration. If you would like to register as a new customer, you can enter the necessary datas for the purchase, which will be stored and at the next purchase occasion you only need to login. At shopping without registration, enter your billing and transport address.

The next step is to select the mode of transport (by courier service DPD) out and payment (cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer, Paypal). If you agree with the contents of the order, then send your order by clicking the "Order" button.

Prices

Prices are valid at the time the order list prices, which are found by the products in our webstore. Prices are gross prices, they include VAT, but these prices do not include transport costs. You can find the cost of transport and the handling fee, during the checkout process before finalizing the order, and and also in the Terms & Conditions. If the webstore error or defects on the products or the prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. In this case,we inform the customer immediately about the new datas after the discovery and correction of errors. The receiver then once more confirmed the order, or there is a possibility that either party may cancel the agreement.

Confirmation

We will send a feedback email about all orders. This means, that after when you give up the order, you will get an automatic e-mail aboput the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery date. Terms of payment

In our store you have possibiliy to use bank transfer, credit card payment, Paypal, or pay by cash on delivery. Int he latest version, you pay the full refund with transport cost for the courier.

Transport

The package delivery, transport is made by the DPD courier service. The webshop presented the product delivery time, during the checkout process and the confirmation e-mail also included it. ABout the delivery date you have possibility to match at the number in your confirmation e-mail. Delivery method: by DPD courier service.

Notes:

When the client entering their data must be provided a transport address where the specified delivery date (3 days from the reception of your order) during the day, at Hungary between 8:00 to 17:00 Courier Service can delivery the package!

Also important to provide a phone number where during the day, the company or the courier service’s staff can contact you in order to handle any problems that may arise on the packet. Received the same working day at 13.00, and the next day received orders from our staff compiled and handed over to the courier service, the third day courier service will deliver to you the staff. No transport on weekends and holidays.

In case of credit card payment: the delivery price will be calculaed from the amount of the package weight and fuel extra charge.

In case of c.o.d.: the delivery price will be calculaed from the amount of the package weight, the fuel extra charge and the c.o.d. costs

Fuel surcharge

The fuel surcharge is directly dependent on the size of the average gas price of oil set by the NAV. Change of the fuel surcharge will be held each month on the first working day in such a way that the rate of gas oil deliveries implementation of others will be calculated by the NAV published for the month preceding the current month average price.

Fuel price Premium

For the increase in fuel prices by over 460 Ft / liter limit the fuel surcharge will be 20Ft for each increase of 1%. By the Corrad Design Ltd the above fees be found at the ordered products and at the enclosed billed as a service.

From transport to withdrawal

If the webshop comsummate the contractual obligation, because the contractual product are not available, or the ordered services are not in a position to offer, the webshop must nform the custumer. This webshop does not enter into a contract with minors. The customer's acceptance of the terms of trade declares that age.

The product return

We take back the product only its original conditional and packaging, and in complete quantitave and qualitative state.

Information on the conditions of contract

The contract is in Hungarian, the contract concluded in writing is considered to have been concluded. They don’t file the contract. It will be available or not available.
 

Right of withdrawal / Return Warranty

The customer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons within eight working days. The customer's right of withdrawal from the date when the products are received. The vendor is required the amount paid by the customer without delay, and to refund within thirty days after the withdrawal.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the products because of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer in addition to the other costs can not be borne. However, the vendor can claim compensation for damage resulted from improper use. If the basis of the right of withdrawal returned products are not in perfect, re-salable condition, the customer liable for damage if the state of deterioration of the products, the ruin of, or other return of what impossibility of deliberately or negligently caused.

If, during the resolution was the person who made the product delivery (postal delivery, courier) in the presence of turn out to be proven to be damaged, and the damage was incurred before receipt of the product,we provide the product take-back and the cancellation of the sale immediate.! Any kind of injury, lack of content in the delivery of the item shall include the facts Protocol between donor and recipient! Ownership clause

The delivered products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the purchase price. The erroneous orders not accepted the product pool account as the "new" owner's name, and after the recent successful sale of the new owner will be paid out of the price!

Order change,cancellation
